Store Refund and Exchange Policy for Customer

H&M - They Offer An exchange or refund by the original form of Payment on garments with a receipt, within 30 days of the purchase date, using the original card. Without a merchandise card at the current selling price. All garments must be returned in the original selling conditions. Valid photo I.D required for all returns  without receipt. Underwear, swimwear ( excluding bikini tops ), cosmetic and earring are final sale.

LA SENZA EXPRESS - Customer satisfaction is our commitment to you. Should our merchandise not meet your expectations, we will be happy to offer you an exchange or refund on unworn merchandise. CLUB MONACO - They are offer an exchange or refund of your purchase when presented with the original receipt within 30 days. A merchandise store credit for the current selling price will be issued for items returned without a receipt or after 30 days.
Refunds are issued in the same form as original payment which includes the original credit card or debit card used in the transaction. Purchases paid by check can be processed after 14 days from the purchase date when accompanied by the original receipt.

DYNAMITE - Return with the original receipt refund or exchange, within 30 days of purchase, all ticketed, unwashed and unworn merchandise in its original condition when accompanied by its original sales receipt. Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment and same credit or debit card as the original purchase. A refund on a new store gift card or an exchange will be offered for items purchased with a store or mall gift card.

ZARA carries very beautiful clothing HOWEVER Zara is not interested in the satisfaction of the customer... most all retail stores offer a range where you can obtain a price adjustments within 14 days Zara doesn't! Is it written NO all the policy jargon Zara listed only pertains to online purchases.... if you purchase items from Zara and the item goes on sale the next day they will not adjust the price. If you return the item you will be informed you are unable to purchase it back @ the lower price for 24hrs.... ((Things that make you say hmmmmm) wait there's more it is not guaranteed the item will be there as Zara will not hold it for you.....smh As much as I love Zara products I want to be valued allowing price adjustments alows for a happy customer and happy customers buy more!!!
